As we ship each parcel with track & trace, following your order is easy. Tracing your parcel with the track & trace code provided will allow you to see when the parcel is about to be delivered.
Please be aware that estimated arrival dates are based on average transit times provided by the carriers. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays at processing your parcel at local customs may eaffect the estimated delivery date.
Our parcels are shipped with Correos ( the official Spanish postal services). This means that your parcel will be delivered by your local postal services and not by a carrier like DHL or UPS.
Depending on the size of the Swatch box, it will be shipped in a mailbox parcel or if the box is too big, as a small parcel. The mailbox parcels are dropped into your mailbox without notification. Larger parcels will require a personal handover.
